Balnearn House

Balnearn House is an elegant 18th century home offering 4-Star rated bed and breakfast accommodation in the town of Aberfeldy. This family-run traditional Scottish B & B is set within 3/4 of an acre of grounds, only a short walk from the town centre and provides a relaxing and comfortable place to stay in the Perthshire Highlands.

All 6 guest bedrooms are furnished in a contemporary style that also compliments the original Victorian architecture. There are double, twin and king size en suite rooms, including toiletries, a TV, Wifi, hairdryer and a hospitality tray with Scottish shortbread. Guests are also welcome to relax in the lounge and gardens.

After a sound night’s sleep, a hearty breakfast includes options such as a full cooked Scottish breakfast or home-made crepes. Special diets can be accommodated with prior agreement. Packed lunches and evening meals can also be arranged. Off-road parking is available and there are also drying facilities for wet kit.
