Each of the 6 beautiful bedrooms are individually decorated to a high standard, featuring contemporary en suite facilities, a seating area, television, Wifi access and a hospitality tray. There is a single room, 4-poster room, and super king rooms that can also be arranged with twin beds if preferred. Guests can also relax in the licensed lounge, view the bespoke artwork displayed throughout the house or enjoy the gardens and pond area.

The award-winning breakfast menu comprises a selection including cereals, granola, fresh fruit, porridge, a full cooked Scottish, Eggs Benedict or Florentine, brioche French toast, omelette, smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and sourdough with poached eggs and either smashed avocado, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms or feta. Evening meals can also be provided on a Thursday, Friday And Saturday. Children over 12 are welcome and dogs are allowed. All rooms accommodate 2 people with the exception of the single room.
