Birnam Guest House

Birnam Guest House is a charming Victorian listed building situated in Dunkeld, the ‘Gateway to the Highlands’. Visit Scotland 3-Star rated and providing comfortable accommodation for tourists, walkers and cyclists, owner Adrian can also provide bespoke wildlife tours and ecology courses for those interested in nature.

There are double, family rooms and a twin room, each with en suite facilities. The guest lounge and garden provide alternative spaces in which to relax. A laundry and drying service is available for muddy or wet outdoors kit and dogs are allowed with prior agreement.

A full Scottish, full vegetarian or continental breakfast is served in the morning and packed lunches can also be provided if required. There is off-road parking and bike storage, plus pick-ups can be arranged for walkers. Guests can book tours with our company Wildoutdoors to observe and learn about local wildlife.
