Boundary Farm Cottages have 3 charming self-catering holiday homes and 2 shepherd’s huts for glamping, in a rural location near the market town of Framlingham in Suffolk. Nestled within 6 acres of woodlands, meadows and gardens, this accommodation provides Visit England 4-Star rated facilities in a peaceful setting.

The Farmhouse dates back to the mid-19th century and provides a spacious holiday home for up to 8 guests; with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a private garden with pond. The Cart Lodge sleeps 2 and the Hayloft 4 or 5 guests, both sensitively converted from the former farm buildings. All have a comfortable living space, fully-equipped kitchen, Wifi access and scenic countryside views.

For a glamping experience, our 2 shepherd’s huts ‘Thyme’ and ‘Sage’ provide a cosy place to stay for 2, with a double bed that converts into seating by day, plus a small kitchenette, dining table, en suite shower and outdoor seating area.
