School Farm Cottages

School Farm Cottages are 4 self-catering holiday homes on a family-run farm in the quiet North Suffolk village of Cratfield near Halesworth, and a short drive from the Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Surrounded by the open countryside, with plenty of footpaths and cycleways to explore, the farm provides a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, with excellent on-site amenities.

All 4 of the cottages have been sensitively converted from the farm’s former dairy and outhouses. Each features central heating, free Wifi access, a TV, DVD player, extra sofa bed in the lounge and well-equipped kitchen. There is also a shared laundry room, games / meeting room with table tennis and a pool table, a football pitch and play area. Cycle hire can be arranged and fishing is available on a nearby lake.

Bell Cottage and Swan Cottage both sleep 2 to 4 guests with a flexible double / twin bedroom, North Cottage can sleep 4 to 6 with a king size and twin bedroom, whilst Silverleys can sleep 3 to 6 with a king size room and single / twin room. Bell and Silverleys Cottage have an M1 rating and are adapted for guests with disabilities. Swan and North Cottage are adjoined by a connecting door making them suitable for larger groups of up to 10 guests.
