Milestone House

Milestone House is a charming stone-built Georgian home, offering bed and breakfast rooms in Yoxford near Saxmundham. Nestled in a pretty Suffolk village along the River Yox, and just 5 miles from the Minsmere Nature Reserve and the heritage coast, it provides an excellent base for short breaks and holidays.

There are 2 bedrooms available. Bay Tree is a king size room with en suite bathroom and White Birch is a single bedroom with a private bathroom. Both are light and airy, featuring a television, DVD player, Wifi access, hairdryer and a beverage tray for making tea and coffee. Cots can be provided for families with infants.

Breakfast choices include cereals, fruit, toast, a cooked English, poached eggs, smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, or fruit compote and yoghurt. Locally-sourced ingredients are used, accompanied by our own homemade bread, preserves and granola. For lunch and dinner, there are 2 restaurants and 2 pubs in the village.
