Rookery Park

Rookery Park offers 2 self-catering properties situated on a beautiful country estate on the outskirts of Yoxford near Saxmundham. Surrounded by landscaped grounds and gardens with a woodland and lake, it provides a peaceful and restful location for families and friends, only a short drive from the beaches at Southwold and Dunwich.

Moo Cottage is a former cattle building offering Visit England 4-Star rated facilities. A detached property with a large open plan living area opening out onto the gardens, it sleeps 4 in a double and a twin bedroom. Maddie’s Flat is a self-contained apartment for 6 people in the main mansion; with a lounge, kitchen / diner, beautiful hand carved wooden bed in the master bedroom, plus a double and twin bedroom. It has been awarded a Visit England Gold Award rating.

Both of the cottages have access to Wifi, FreeSat TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, well-appointed bathroom, use of shared gardens and ample car parking with an EV charging point. Guests can also wander the grounds and discover the abundance of resident wildlife.
