Toad Hall is an historic 16th century former manor house offering self-catering accommodation in a rural setting near the Suffolk town of Woodbridge. Grade II listed and full of character, with exposed wooden beams and an inglenook fireplace in the sitting room, it provides a characterful and comfortable setting for up to 11 guests.

The house has a cosy sitting room with sofas, armchairs, a wood-burning stove and TV, plus a games room with table tennis, additional seating and another TV. There is also a spacious farmhouse kitchen including a dining table; a downstairs double bedroom and 5 other bedrooms upstairs, including a double en suite, another double room, 2 twin rooms and a single.

There is a family bathroom, shower room, utility room with laundry facilities and Wifi throughout. The beautiful granite table outside is perfect for al fresco dining and guests can also wander in the 2 acres of grounds to discover the pond and summer house. There is ample car parking and dogs are allowed with prior permission.
