Mill Lane Bed & Breakfast

Mill Lane Bed and Breakfast is an attractive detached house located in the village of Butley Mills, peacefully nestled adjacent to an old mill pond along Suffolk’s Heritage Coast, providing a relaxing setting and ideal base from which to explore this scenic area of East Anglia.

Situated in the beautifully-converted attic, Kingfisher and Barn Owl Rooms are decorated in a modern style, with French doors opening onto Juliet balconies. Each features en suite shower room facilities, a TV, hairdryer and beverage tray. For a special occasion, in-room flowers, champagne or chocolates can be arranged.

In the morning, guests enjoy a traditional breakfast. The extensive gardens provide an additional place in which to relax and watch the wildlife along the pond and stream. Owner Caroline is always happy to suggest things to see and do in and around the local area. Children and pets are regrettably not permitted at the B & B.
