Holmlea Holiday Cottage

Holmlea Holiday Cottage is a self-catering home for 6 people, situated in the quaint Suffolk village of Waldringfield, near Woodbridge. Just a short walk to the River Deben Estuary, where you can see yachts sailing by, hire a boat, or enjoy scenic walks along the waterfront, it is also just a few miles away from the Suffolk coast.

The interior is decorated in a contemporary style. There is a spacious open plan living area with a fully-fitted kitchen, dining table / chairs, comfortable seating and 2 sets of French doors opening out onto the patio. The sitting area has a TV / DVD player and an open fire. This room also leads into a study.

There are 3 bedrooms, including a master double en suite bedroom, a double room and a room with bunk beds, plus 2 bathrooms. Wifi and central heating are available throughout the house. Outside is a lawned garden with a summer house. The village has a golf course, tennis court and children’s play park.
