Welcome to Scooniehill Farmhouse, a charming bed and breakfast, also with a shepherd’s hut, situated in the Fife countryside near St Andrews. Just a 5-minute drive from all the town’s amenities including the golf courses and beautiful beaches, we can also offer unique chocolate-making experiences with our in-house chocolatier.

All 4 guest rooms are elegantly furnished. There is a ground floor king / twin room with private bathroom; a king / twin room with en suite shower; triple room with king size bed, single bed, en suite bathroom, sofa and sea views; and a flexible triple room which can be arranged with 3 single beds or a king size and a single with an en suite bath and shower room.

A full cooked Scottish or vegetarian breakfast is served in the morning and a range of special diets are accommodated by prior arrangement. Guests can also stay in Morag the Shepherd’s Hut with its double bed, small kitchenette and outdoor decking area. All guests can enjoy the garden or purchase our chocolates from the shop.
