Newhill Farm Cottages are 3 Visit Scotland 4-Star rated stone holiday homes situated on a former farm near Auchtermuchty, between Glenrothes and Perth. Nestled in a scenic rural setting, with excellent on-site facilities including a swimming pool, the properties are surrounded by Pitmedden Forest for hiking and mountain biking.

Each cottage has been sensitively refurbished from the old farm buildings. All have Wifi access and their own private hot tub. Guests can also use the indoor heated pool, indoor hot tub, tennis court, games room, picnic area and children’s play area. Multiple cottages can be booked for family reunions or groups and pets are welcome.

The Old Stables is disabled-friendly and sleeps 4, with an open plan living area, master 4-poster en suite bedroom and en suite twin room. The Old Cart House also sleeps 4, with a separate kitchen and living area, king size en suite bedroom, twin room and bathroom. Horse Mill Cottage is a spacious cottage for 6 people, featuring a large kitchen / diner, sitting room, king size en suite bedroom, double room, twin room and bathroom.
