Daviot House

A warm Scottish welcome awaits at Daviot House, a family-owned guest house situated in the centre of the seaside town of Ayr. A 19th century townhouse offering Visit Scotland 4-Star rated facilities, the guest house is just a short walk away from the beach. Walkers, cyclists and dogs are welcome.

All 6 bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and dressed in Scottish tartans and fabrics. Each is equipped with en suite or private facilities, toiletries, a TV, Wifi, hairdryer, safe, fridge, USB chargers and hospitality tray. Choose from king size, twin, flexible super king / twin and a family room for 3 people with a day bed.

The breakfast choices include a traditional full Scottish, freshly made pancakes, omelettes and our own ‘Daviot Open Melt’. A free on-street parking permit is provided for those arriving by car and storage is available for bicycles. Other services include drying facilities for wet clothing, a laundry service or taxi ordering.
