The Big Beach House

The Big Beach House is a spacious self-catering holiday home accommodating 18 guests in Whiting Bay on Arran. Situated along the seafront, a stone’s throw from the beach, with stunning views across the sea to Holy Island, it provides a comfortable holiday home for families and larger groups. Wifi is available throughout the house.

The lounge has sofas, a wood burning stove and a TV, plus there is an open plan living area with sofa, long dining table and kitchen. There is another living area upstairs with seating, a wood burning stove, smaller kitchen and breakfast bar. The 9 bedrooms include 5 with their own en suite facilities and there is a house bathroom.

Outside is a patio area with picnic benches, a barbeque, beautiful sea views and private parking for 3 cars. There are shops, a pub and restaurant a short walk away. Whiting Bay Golf Club is open to visitors and the village also has an art gallery. There are plenty of forest walks in this area, including to Glenashdale Falls.
