Watermill Farm Cottages

Watermill Farm Holiday Cottages offer an idyllic location in the picturesque village of Kirkby Green between Lincoln and Boston. These 2 beautiful self-catering cottages, with a mill stream passing through the grounds, have characterful exposed wooden beams and all the modern facilities for a comfortable holiday.

Millside Cottage is a cosy cottage for 2 with a king size bedroom which can also be arranged as a twin, an open plan living area and bathroom. Stable Cottage sleeps 4 guests in a double bedroom and second twin bedded / king room. This cottage has a lounge and separate kitchen area.

Both properties are on ground floor level and equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen, TV in the bedrooms and living room, underfloor heating and have a seating area outside. Heating is derived from a biomass boiler and there is a dryer for guest use in the shared garage.
