Setcops Farm

Setcops Farm offers 6 holiday cottages and a large events barn in a quiet rural setting outside the village of North Kelsey in Lincolnshire. All of the properties have been sensitively renovated from former dairy buildings, bordering a pretty central courtyard with seating.

There are cosy cottages for 2, with a double or twin bedroom and family-sized cottages for 4 people with a double / king and a twin bedroom. Some have a sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests. All are equipped with free Wifi, a TV, fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine and car parking. Byre Cottage has been adapted for guests with disabilities and features easy access. The 2 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, including one with grab rails and an emergency pull cord.

All of the cottages can be exclusively hired for groups of up to 22 guests. The barn has a license to host civil ceremonies and we can help with arranging external caterers and marquee hire if required. Please visit our website for more details.
