Hilltop Farm Holidays are 2 beautiful holiday cottages in the Lincolnshire countryside near the village of Welbourn, with scenic views. This accommodation is Visit England 4-Star and Gold Award rated. Both cottages have parking, and the adjacent old brick quarry is home to an abundance of wildlife. Lincoln is within an easy drive.

Hilltop Cottage is the former cow shed which has been sensitively renovated to provide a cosy cottage for 2 guests, plus accompanying children. All on ground floor level, there is a large lounge with dining area, kitchen, double bedroom plus room for a cot or a foldaway bed and a bathroom. There is a patio area and private garden outside.

Hilltop Barn is a former barn which has been converted into a spacious home for 6 people, set in a field of its own. This property features an upstairs lounge, as well as a double bedroom, twin room, kitchen / diner and shower room. There is also a twin en suite bedroom with disabled access downstairs. Outside is a covered forecourt area with comfortable seating and a dining table.
