The Vale Guest House

The Vale Guest House, with self-catering accommodation, is a grand Edwardian villa situated in the Lincolnshire town of Woodhall Spa. Located in a quiet residential area along a treelined avenue and set within its own beautiful gardens with a lake, it is only a few minutes’ walk from the town centre. Dogs are welcome.

There are double, twin and family rooms featuring en suite facilities, a TV, free Wifi access and a hospitality tray for making in-room hot drinks. There is also a sitting room and garden that guests are welcome to enjoy. A delicious breakfast is served in the room overlooking the lake in the morning to ensure a good start to the day.

The cottage is a self-contained cabin situated in the garden next to the lake, providing a cosy holiday retreat for 2 people. It features a sitting room with TV, Wifi, fully-fitted kitchenette, double bed in the alcove with a curtain for extra privacy, conservatory and shower room. There is also a private patio garden outside.
