Brook Farm Cottages

Brook Farm Cottages are 3 beautiful holiday homes which have been converted from a former milking parlour, set on a farm. This rural setting, between the villages of Drayton and Sutton Courtenay, is ideal for visits to the area. The historic market town of Abingdon, on the River Thames, is 3 miles away and Oxford is 10 miles.

All 3 of the cottages offer all the comforts for self-catering, including fully-equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, television, underfloor central heating and Wifi connection. Guests also have access to the shared laundry room and the communal courtyard area, with a playground and car parking.

The Shippen sleeps 4 or 5 guests and features a characterful beamed ceiling in the open plan living area downstairs, and vaulted ceilings in the double and twin bedrooms upstairs. A sofa bed is available in the lounge if required. The Old Dairy, for 4 people, has a downstairs double bedroom and a spiral staircase from the living room to the twin room in the gallery. The Old Parlour is all on ground floor level, accommodating 4 or 5 people. It has an open plan living room, a double bedroom and twin room, with space for an additional bed if required.
