Rookery Nook

Rookery Nook is a charming bed and breakfast situated in the village of Shere, about 5 miles from Guildford and Dorking. A perfect spot for a short break or holiday, the village is surrounded by the scenery of the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the River Tillingbourne flowing through the centre.

Guests staying at the B & B can enjoy the many quirks and features that this lovely old 15th century building has to offer. The bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, original wattle and daub exposed walls, a decorative fireplace, as well as all the modern comforts including free Wifi, a double brass bed, and a hospitality tray with homemade cookies.

A hearty full English breakfast with all the trimmings is served in the morning, with lighter options including fresh fruit salad also provided. Special diets are happily accommodated. On-road parking is available around the village square. There are shops in the village plus a bakery, pubs and café.
