3 The Beeches is a contemporary self-catering holiday home sleeping up to 6 guests, situated in the beautiful Central Highlands of Scotland at Aberfeldy. Just 100 metres from the River Tay, and 5 minutes’ walk from the shops and places to eat in the town centre, the house is in a perfect location for visitors.

Inside, there is a lounge with sofas, TV, stereo music system, dining table and French doors leading to the conservatory. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, double oven and a breakfast table. There is a master king size en suite bedroom, a double bedroom, twin room and a bathroom.

Guests will find laundry facilities in the utility room and Wifi and central heating throughout. Outside, the garden has a lawn, outdoor dining area and a driveway with carport. Pets are allowed with prior permission. There are many lovely walks and cycling routes around the local area, with watersports activities available on the river.
