Innerwick Estate is a picturesque working farm and sporting estate offering a detached stone farmhouse for self-catering holidays. Located in a secluded setting halfway up Glen Lyon, it is surrounded by dramatic river and gorge views. Visit Scotland 4-Star rated, it provides an idyllic place for hiking, climbing and fishing.

Accommodating 6, the farmhouse has a comfortable sitting room with open fire, leather sofa and TV. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and breakfast table and there is a separate dining room. The bedrooms comprise an en suite master bedroom with super king bed and 2 twin rooms. There is also a bathroom, separate shower room and drying room. Heating is derived from a biomass boiler.

Outside, is a garden and parking area, with access to hill trails just 200 metres away. Dogs are allowed with prior agreement. Salmon fishing permits and stalking experiences can be arranged on the estate. The nearest post office is 2 miles away in Bridge of Balgie which also has a tearoom.
