Pond View Cottage is a charming stone cottage overlooking the village pond in Brantingham. A luxurious self-catering holiday home providing an idyllic setting for couples or small families, it has been sensitively renovated to provide facilities for 3 people. This cottage is prestigiously Visit England 5-Star rated, with a ROSE Award for service excellence.

Inside is a cosy lounge with a wood burning stove in the stone fireplace, sofas and Smart TV, with the country-style kitchen providing a gas range cooker, dishwasher, washer / dryer and dining table. There is a study area in the gallery, a king size master bedroom with TV, a single bedroom, bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower, plus an additional WC downstairs.

The cottage has a pretty courtyard garden and a terrace at the front with views across to the pond. Private parking is available, with additional on-road parking if required. Dogs are welcome and they can enjoy half an hour per day complimentary access to a private enclosed ‘freedom field’ and training barn. There is an excellent pub in the village, The Triton Inn, just a short walk away.
