The Butlers Hotel

The Butlers Hotel is situated in the popular suburban area of Headingly, 2 miles from the centre of Leeds. A privately-owned Edwardian townhouse, sensitively decorated to compliment the original architecture, guests can choose from a selection of bedrooms and the hotel also has conference facilities for business meetings.

Our rooms are available as either single, double or twin, with a room to suit all tastes and budgets. All feature a TV with Freeview channels, free Wifi, hairdryer, ironing equipment and facilities for making tea and coffee. Dogs are welcome by arrangement. After a sound night’s sleep, a full English breakfast starts the day.

The conference room accommodates up to 20 delegates and there are additional rooms in our sister hotel, The Boundary, which adjoins the building. Yorkshire Cricket Ground and Emerald Headingly Stadium are opposite and the university campuses are within easy reach. Headingley also has a range of restaurants, cafés and bars.
