Welcome to Eris Villa Bed and Breakfast, a Visit Wales 4-Star rated B & B situated in the Powys market town of Builth Wells. In an excellent location, just a short walk from the town centre amenities and the Royal Welsh Showground, it is also just 5-minutes away from the popular Wye Valley Walk.

The 3 bedrooms are comfortably furnished, including a TV, Wifi, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, ironing equipment and a beverage tray. There is a ground floor double room with a leather sofa and private bathroom, plus an en suite double room and a twin room with private facilities upstairs.

A delicious full Welsh breakfast is served in the morning, including fresh free range eggs laid by our own hens. Lighter options can be provided if preferred. Room-only rates and discounts for multiple night stays are available. Luggage transfers for walkers and cyclists can also be arranged if required.
