Chancery Cottage

Chancery Cottage is a charming Visit Wales 4-Star rated self-catering home, situated on a narrow backstreet in the heart of the popular destination of Hay-on-Wye, close to the many quaint independent shops, numerous second hand bookshops and antique shops, galleries and the small independent cinema in the town.

Stone-built, with exposed wooden beams, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people plus 2 dogs. The cosy living room has a traditional Welsh fireplace as a centrepiece, where a wood burning-effect electric stove warms the room, plus there is a 2-piece suite and a Smart TV. The large kitchen is well-equipped including a breakfast table.

The 2 double bedrooms are upstairs and there is a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower enclosure. The enclosed courtyard garden provides a seating area to enjoy a glass of wine and is safe for children and dogs. There is a private car parking space just around the corner, although everything is just on the doorstep!
