The Stonecroft Inn

The Stonecroft Inn free house provides a warm welcome, great food, fine local ales, a games room, affordable guest rooms and a riverside garden in the picturesque town of Llanwrtyd Wells. A favourite amongst backpackers, hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers and groups, the inn provides excellent facilities and is an ideal base from which to explore this scenic area of Mid-Wales.

The rooms are located in the lodge or house. There are private double and family rooms with en suite facilities and shared rooms that are hired by the bed. Exclusive bookings can be taken for Stonecroft House for up to 12 guests. There are communal kitchens, lounges and bathrooms in each building, and a large garden with aviaries and a children’s playground.

The inn offers home cooked pub food from a large menu, serves great beers, has a whisky bar and there is regular live entertainment. There is also parking, secure bike storage, bike wash and laundry facilities available for guests. The inn is also only a 7-minute walk from the railway station, which is on the Heart of Wales Line, with services from Swansea all the way to Shrewsbury.
