Severn Caravan and Camping Park

Severn Caravan Park is a family-owned site located in Forden, near Welshpool. Nestled along the banks of the river and close to the cycling Sustrans Route 81, there are a variety of pitches for tourers and campers as well as a bunkhouse for individuals, groups and families. There is also a fishing pool and direct access to the river.

There are grass pitches with and without electric hook-ups, a shower block with facilities for families and disabled guests, a washing-up room, launderette and a children’s play area. The Bunkhouse has been converted from the former milking parlour to provide 2 separate accommodation blocks. The first barn has 5 rooms and can sleep up to 12 guests, and the second barn can sleep 6 in 3 rooms. Both have their own toilets, showers, fully-equipped kitchens, lounge with TV, free Wifi and ample car parking. There is also storage for bikes and equipment, and guests can bring their own canoes or kayaks for the river. Dogs are welcome.
