Ancient Barn and adjacent cottages are beautiful holiday homes situated on Lower Cockhill Farm, less than 2 miles from the market town of Castle Cary. Sensitively renovated from former farm buildings to provide contemporary self-catering facilities, the properties retain original open beams and stone walls.

The Ancient Barn was built in the 14th century, providing a quaint and unique home for 4 guests. Downstairs, there is an open plan living area with flagstone floors, plus a double bedroom. Upstairs in the gallery, there is a twin room with an additional folding bed. The Old Stables is a 17th century building converted into a 3-bedroomed home for 7 people. It has a downstairs bedroom with 4-poster bed, and a double and a triple room upstairs. Both cottages are Grade II listed buildings. They have an equipped kitchen, bath / shower room, free Wifi, central heating and outdoor seating. If an extra bedroom is required, The Bee House offers cosy accommodation for 1 or 2 people with a single / double bed, TV, beverage tray and en suite shower room. This can be booked alongside the barn or stables.
