Netherdale Caravan & Camping Site

Netherdale Caravan and Camping Park offers a quiet and scenic location along the foothills of the Mendips AONB at Winscombe, 3 miles from Cheddar and the world-famous Cheddar Gorge. Nestled in 5 acres of grounds and surrounded by woodlands, this is a wonderful place for a stopover, short break or holiday.

Pitches can accommodate motorhomes, caravans and tents. Electric hook-ups and additional space for awnings, large tents or an additional vehicle can be arranged. There are freshwater taps around the site and toilets, hot showers and washing-up facilities are available in the amenity block. There is also a play area for children.

Winscombe has a range of independent shops, a bakery, places to eat, pubs, cafes and a post office. The surrounding area is a haven for outdoors activities including cycling, walking, climbing, kayaking and fishing, and there are caves for pot-holing or guided tours. The area also offers sailing on the reservoirs.
