Shapwick House

Shapwick House provides the perfect location for a group holiday or corporate retreat, situated in a scenic rural setting near Street and Glastonbury. A grand Tudor manor nestled in 30 acres of grounds; it has been sensitively modernised to offer a comfortable self-catering holiday home, whilst retaining many original features.

The property sleeps 22 guests. There is the Great Hall with its log fire, the Drawing Room with a beautiful leather suite and grand piano, plus a Lounge Bar. All provide areas in which to socialise or just relax and read. The elegant Georgian Dining Room has a large table where everyone can sit around and enjoy a meal together, prepared in the catering kitchen.

The 11 en suite bedrooms are all individually named after trees found in the grounds. These rooms include one on the ground floor for those who prefer not to climb stairs.
