Littlecourt Cottages

Ideally situated just a few minutes walk from the sea front and town centre you will discover The Littlecourt, dating back to 1802 and offering a delightful complex of five luxury holiday cottages that have been tastefully refurbished to reflect the period of the building whilst being fully equipped to ensure a wonderful stay.

All are set within our tranquil award-winning gardens, the cottages range in size but are all exceptionally spacious, furnished and decorated to a high standard and have a warm relaxing atmosphere. Each cottage has a comfortable living and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen equipped with fridge, electric oven, hob and microwave. They all have a Freeview digital TV, DVD player, Music Centre and WiFi internet access, most bedrooms are en-suite. Guests have the use of our fully equipped laundry room. There is parking for each cottage.

We provide the best of both worlds, peace and tranquility but within easy reach of an abundance of attractions and activities, numerous excellent beaches and coastal walks. Sidmouth offers a great range of independent shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops, whilst heading westwards along the seafront, takes you directly up to Jacobs ladder and to Connaught Gardens. With so much on offer you will be spoilt for choice here!
