Manorview Bed and Breakfast is situated opposite Drum Manor Forest Park, in Kildress, near Cookstown. Family-run, facilities include disabled access, 3 elegant bedrooms and a beautiful garden. In a quiet and scenic area just off the A505 road, it is a perfect base for both holiday makers and business guests. There is free on-site parking.

Ballinderry Room is a family room for 3, with a double, single bed and en suite wet room. Sperrin Room has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. Both look across to the Sperrin Mountains. Oaklands is a twin with en suite shower and views to Drum Manor Gatehouse. All have a TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray. Guests can also use the large guest lounge and garden. Breakfast choices include a Full Irish, pancakes or bacon sandwich.

Drum Manor Forest Park provides waymarked walking, wildlife-watching at the wildfowl lake and there is also a playpark. The National Trust owned Wellbrook Beetling Mill is close by. Within about 20 minutes travel time by car is Davagh Forest which has purpose-built mountain bike trails. Cookstown has supermarkets with petrol stations, as well as food and retail shops, cafés, restaurants, a leisure centre, banks and post office.
