Perkhill Holiday Cottages

Perkhill Holiday Cottages are 2 unique self-catering properties situated on a cattle farm, a mile outside the village of Lumphanan, with wonderful views over rural Deeside, 12 miles from Banchory. Refurbished from a traditional granite-built bothy and steading, offering Visit Scotland 4-Star rated facilities and a Gold Award for Green Tourism, the accommodation is also dog-friendly.

Both of the cottages are centrally heated by a biomass boiler with power obtained from the on-site wind turbines. Each also has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine; a wood burning stove and TV in the lounge; Wifi; stylish bathroom; outdoor seating area and private parking. Fresh water is obtained from a private spring on the farm.

King Duncan’s View sleeps 6 adults and 2 children, with 2 bedrooms with flexible super king / twin beds (plus a leather sofa bed in one) and a king size bedroom, all with en suite bathrooms. Both cottages have their own gardens and outside seating area.
