The Colintraive Hotel

Welcome to The Colintraive Hotel, a friendly place to stay on the Argyll and Kyles of Bute coastline, in the village of Colintraive, on the edge of the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. Visit Scotland 4-Star rated with beautiful views across the sea to the Isle of Bute, the hotel is less than 2 hours from Glasgow and a wonderful holiday base or stopover on the way to Arran, Islay, Jura, Gigha and Kintyre.

The 4 bedrooms are furnished to a high standard, with contemporary en suite shower room facilities, Scottish toiletries, a TV, Wifi, mini fridge and beverage tray. There is a double bedroom, 2 flexible king size or twin-bedded rooms and The Attenborough Room, also with a king / twin beds, named after the late Sir Richard Attenborough, who enjoyed this room due to its excellent sea views from the dual-aspect windows.

A delicious breakfast is included in overnight stays and the restaurant and lounge are open for lunch and dinner, serving a range of locally-caught / reared seafood and game dishes. The bar is stocked with an extensive range of local gins and whiskies which can be enjoyed inside by the warm fire or out in the garden. Visitors are welcome to use our sailors' facilities and our 5 moorings located close to the hotel.
