Situated in a secluded corner of a private estate, Fearnach Bay House and Crosple Cottage provide Visit Scotland 5-Star rated self-catering accommodation surrounded by 250 acres of open countryside and woodland, within 2 miles of the village of Kilmelford. The Melfort Estate is situated 17 miles south of Oban and approximately 2 hours' drive from Glasgow Airport. Transport is available.

Fearnach Bay House is a large and comfortable holiday home sleeping 7 or 8 people, including a double bedroom on the ground floor with an en suite wet room suitable for disabled guests / wheelchair users. The property also has a double en suite bedroom, twin room, single room, spacious living room with a dining area, equipped kitchen, a landing area with sofa bed and a family size bathroom.

Crosple Cottage is a cosy retreat for 2 guests, featuring an open plan living area with French doors to the garden. Upstairs is a king size bedroom and bathroom equipped with roll top bath. Both properties are heated by a ground source heat pump and equipped with a host of facilities including Wifi, a dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, wood burning stove, BBQ in the loch-side gardens and parking.
