Aird Farm Holiday Cottages

Aird Farm Holiday Cottages are run by owners Malcolm and Alison, accommodation on the Craignish Peninsula, just 4 miles from the A816 road to Lochgilphead. The cottages are nestled in a peaceful and secluded location to enjoy walks, cycling, sightseeing, wildlife-watching and boat trips.

Guests can choose to stay in Aird Steading Cottage or Aird House. Aird Steading is a luxurious cottage for 2 attached to the the old steading with a view from both sides of the Peninsula. Offering panoramic views of both Loch Craignish and the Isle of Jura, there is a large bedroom with super king bed and a window seat, a Jacuzzi bath in the bathroom and private garden outside.

Aird House caters for 6 people. It has 4 bedrooms including a flexible king / twin room on the ground floor, a king room and 2 single rooms upstairs, a bathroom with a shower over, an additional toilet and enclosed walled garden outside. Both cottages have Wifi access, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a wood burning stove in the living area.

Aird Farm offers the perfect base from which to explore all that the area has to offer, there are many Eateries and bars, local boat trips, numerous gardens, museums, whisky distillery tours, Kilmartin Glen and the beaver trail at Knapdale. Perfect for walkers with some of the best walks in the area with breath taking scenery. Abundant wildlife, seals and dolphins are often seen in the Sound of Jura as well as otters which are can be seen around the shores. There really is something for everyone here!
