Located in the highest village of the Mendip Hills AONB, Cheddar Mendip Heights Camping and Caravan Park is situated on the edge of Priddy, 5 miles to Cheddar and 6 miles from Wells, providing uninterrupted views across the beautiful countryside. AA 4-Pennant rated, this is a Camping and Caravanning Club site!
There are various pitches available; including basic grass, those with electricity, hardstanding and jumbo-sized pitches. Special rates are available for back packers arriving on foot or by bicycle and pets are also allowed to stay.
The site has well-maintained toilets, showers, family rooms, Wifi and laundry facilities. There is a licensed shop selling local produce and a cafe and a village pub nearby. The City of Wells has a fascinating historic centre, magnificent cathedral, and the unique moated Bishop's Palace and Gardens.
