Pinewoods

Pinewoods is a Visit England 5-Star rated Holiday Park located along the estuary in Wells-next-the-Sea. Adjacent to the sandy beach and Norfolk Coast Path, the site has panoramic views across the salt marshes and out across the North Sea. Visitors can choose from our range of excellent self-catering static caravans and lodge holiday homes and there is also a camping site for touring caravans and motorhomes.

The static caravans and lodges are furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style. There are 2-bedroomed homes sleeping 4 or 6 and 3-bedroomed homes for 6 to 8. Each has a living room with sofas, TV, DVD player, dining area and kitchenette, with a double bedroom, at least one twin room and shower room. Lodges are also equipped with an en suite master bedroom, dishwasher, wraparound decking and a BBQ.

There are holiday homes with improved access for disabled guests, dog-friendly properties, as well as fully-serviced pitches for tourers bringing their own caravan or motorhome. Beach hut hire can be arranged and there is a children’s playground to keep younger guests entertained. The site is well-maintained, with a David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation.
