Three Acres

Three Acres Bed and Breakfast is situated in a quiet rural setting in the village of East Somerton. On the edge of the Norfolk Broads, just a mile-and-a-half from the sandy beach at Winterton-on-Sea and 10 miles from the popular seaside resort of Great Yarmouth, this B & B is perfect for short breaks and holidays in the area.

Guests can choose from a large double bedroom with en suite shower facilities, or a family suite for 4 people with a double and a twin room with cot, plus shared facilities for the 2 rooms. The bedrooms have comfortable seating, a television, Wifi and a hospitality tray. Guests are also welcome to sit out on the patio during their stay.

Breakfast is served in the dining room in the morning to ensure a good start to the day. There is also on-site car parking. Dogs are welcome to stay at Three Acres with prior agreement. A pub is located just a short walk away serving food and local ales and Hickling Broad Nature Reserve is also close by for an interesting day out.
