Bond Cottage

Bond Cottage is a spacious self-catering holiday home for 4 guests situated in the Norfolk seaside village of Overstrand, just to the east of Cromer. Close to beautiful sandy beaches and scenic walks along the cliff tops, it provides a fantastic holiday base for families with 3 children or 2 couples, with an accompanying dog allowed.

The cottage has been recently refurbished and features a sitting room with wood burning stove, sofas, TV / DVD player and large DVD library; plus an equipped kitchen, separate dining room, flexible bedroom which can be arranged with a king size bed and a single bed or with 3 single beds, and a master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. There is also a shower and utility room downstairs, plus Wifi access and central heating. The lawned garden with patio and seating provides a comfortable place to relax and there is a bench in the enclosed courtyard area. A lockable shed provides space for the storage of bikes and other outdoors equipment.
