Newholme Cottage

Newholme Cottage is a modern self-catering home situated in the picturesque village of Holme-next-the-Sea in the north-west corner of Norfolk, where the Wash meets the North Sea. Adjacent to Thornham Marshes where you can observe abundant wildlife and within walking distance of the sandy beach, it is also a short drive from the beautiful lavender fields at Heacham.

Downstairs, there is a lounge with scenic countryside views, a leather sofa, TV with Freeview channels, DVD player and a large, well-appointed kitchen with a dining table / chairs. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with distant sea views across the marshes, so you may want to bring your binoculars! There is also a shower room. Guests will find a patio area at the front and a garden at the back; with driveway parking. A restaurant and fish and chip shop are found just a short walk away from the cottage. For walkers, the village is the start of long distance footpaths along the North Norfolk Coast and inland to Thetford (an old Roman Road).
