Grafton Holiday Home is an elegant Regency-era townhouse situated on a leafy cul de sac in the village of Pennington near Lymington. Available for brilliant self-catering breaks, just 8 minutes’ drive from the south coast and on the edge of the New Forest, the house sleeps up to 4 guests and pets also stay for free!

The lounge has a decorative fireplace, 3-piece suite, Smart TV and a dining table / chairs. There is also an equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast bar. The bedrooms comprise 2 king size and a single room. There is a family bathroom and Wifi available throughout the property.

Outside, the enclosed walled garden provides a lovely place to relax during warm weather. On-road parking is available at the front of the house. There is a pub and fish and chip shop in the village, and the salt marshes along the estuary are perfect for wildlife-watching and scenic walks. Lymington is also a popular destination for sailing.
