The Flying Bull Inn

The Flying Bull Inn is a former coaching inn situated in the village of Rake, in the South Downs National Park. AA 4-Star rated and spanning 2 counties, with the Hampshire and West Sussex border running through the centre of the inn, it is ideally placed for walkers, cyclists and tourists looking for a comfortable place to stay and refreshments.

All 7 bedrooms are in the purpose-built annexe. There are double rooms (including a disabled-friendly double), a twin room and family room for 4 guests. Dogs are allowed with prior agreement. All bedrooms have en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, Wifi, TV with Freeview channels, hairdryer and a hospitality tray.

A delicious breakfast is included and great food is available throughout the day, served either in the restaurant, bar or outside in the garden. The kitchen offers traditional homecooked dishes, with options for vegetarian and gluten-free diets and a children’s menu. The bar has a wide selection of drinks, including Cask Marque ales.
