Sailmakers Loft Bed and Breakfast is situated in a scenic location on Spice Island, in the historic area of Portsmouth Old Town, offering panoramic views across the harbour and Solent, where you can relax and watch the boats and ferries come and go. This B & B is ideally placed for sightseeing in the area or as a stopover for those travelling onward to the Isle of Wight and Europe.

All bedrooms are on the second and third floors to make the most of the fantastic views. There are 2 double en suite rooms which are also suitable for families, and a standard double and twin room which share a bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with TV, Wifi access and a hospitality tray. In the morning after a sound night’s sleep, a delicious breakfast is served to help start the day.

A free parking voucher is included, offering on-road parking or for the car park nearby. There are many waterfront bars and bistros, plus the headquarters for Sir Ben Ainslie's challenge to regain the Americas Cup is close by. The B & B is about a 20-minute walk from attractions including the Historic Dockyard, with Lord Nelson's flagship HMS Victory, HMS Warrior and The Mary Rose.
