The King’s Head is a Georgian former coaching inn situated in the charming Hampshire village of Hursley, located midway between Romsey and Winchester on the A3090 road. The South Downs National Park is just a few miles to the east. AA 4-Star Silver rated, offering a welcoming restaurant, pub and bedrooms, with a traditional skittle alley, we can also accommodate private dinners and parties. Dogs are welcome at the inn.

All bedrooms are stylishly furnished with a mix of classic and contemporary. Each is named after people and events associated with the history of the area and have luxurious en suite shower or bathroom facilities, vegan toiletries, TV, Wifi and a hospitality tray. There are single, double and twin rooms. The family and dog-friendly Spitfire Suite for 4 guests has its own entrance and sitting room, plus a double bed and sofa bed.

Champagne, chocolates and flowers can be arranged prior to arrival to make your stay extra special. A delicious breakfast is included in the room tariffs and both resident and non-resident guests can enjoy fine food and drink made from local produce, served in the bar and restaurant.
