Perfectly situated near to the river stour, Mallard Cottage offers comfortable and convenient self catering accommodation for up to 6 people in Christchurch.

Each of the three bedrooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard, two doubles and one twin. The third bedroom is a small double bedroom with access to a small private patio on the roof. The well equipped kitchen features fridge with freezer, stove, dishwasher, a large number of kitchen tools and appliances are already provided, a washing machine and tumble dryer is located within the garage. The bathroom features a bath and a power shower, towels are provided. In the lounge there is comfortable seating, Now TV and the dining area at the back consists of a table which will seat up to 4-6. The outdoor patio is accessible via the sliding doors and offers table and seating for those summer evenings in the sun, a small garden area with a wooden bench, umbrella and during the summer months a disposable BBQ.

There is lots to see and do in the area, Christchurch itself is a wonderful little town, it features a number of shopping and leisurely activities that anyone can enjoy, along with the famous 900 year old Priory Church and Bournemouth town centre is located only 6 miles away. There is a local bus service just down the road. Free Wifi. Private fishing on request.
