14 Aultgrishan

14 Aultgrishan is a former crofting cottage in Melvaig, 8 miles from Gairloch, offering comfortable self-catering accommodation. On the road to the Rua Reidh Lighthouse, the cottage is in an elevated position with panoramic sea views across The Minch to Skye and the Western Isles. Sleeping 5 or 6 people, dogs are also welcome.

The living room includes a wood burning stove, leather sofa, TV and a window seat. The kitchen is fully-equipped and there are 3 bedrooms including a master king size room, twin and a single bedroom. An additional guest bed is available if required. There is also a bathroom, Wifi access throughout and an outdoor area.

The cottage is an ideal base for outdoors pursuits such as sea or loch fishing, kayaking, canoeing, walking, climbing, cycling, sightseeing, wildlife-watching, or for those who simply require rest and tranquillity. This area of Wester Ross also has beaches, nature reserves, boat trips along The Minch, golf courses and much more!
