JustB is in a wonderful location, within the foothills of the Pentland Hills Regional Park, only 8 miles from Edinburgh city centre. In a peaceful setting, yet convenient for the numerous attractions and amenities of the area, the B & B is nestled in a third of an acre, surrounded by private woodland and adjacent to the historic Water of Leith walkway. There is ample secure guest car parking.

Wake up to a superb breakfast, with something delicious on the menu for everyone, including a Full Scottish Outlander Breakfast, Continental-style option, Eggs Benedict, Florentine or Stornoway; porridge, pancakes or kippers, plus a range of specials and vegetarian or vegan options. All of our food is organic and locally-sourced from Bonnytoun Farm and freshly prepared each morning.

The Water of Leith walkway leads to the Pentland Hills (for hiking, reservoir walks and year-round snowsports) and offers direct walking or cycling access to the city centre, passing attractions such as Murrayfield Stadium, Scottish Gallery of Modern Art and Royal Botanic Garden. Edinburgh has many historic landmarks, medieval and gothic architecture and a buzzing cultural scene.
