The Greenway

The Greenway at Knaptoft House Farm is a modern self-catering holiday cottage all on ground floor level, sleeping up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Surrounded by tranquil open fields in the Leicestershire countryside, the house is only 6 miles from Lutterworth.

The large lounge has a wood burning stove, Smart TV, comfortable sofas and armchairs. There is also extra seating in the conservatory, plus a well-equipped kitchen with American-style fridge freezer and adjacent dining area opening onto the outside decking.

The 2 super king size bedrooms can also be arranged as twin rooms. One of these has an en suite shower room and the other has a Jack and Jill en suite, shared with another twin room. There is also another twin en suite bedroom. All bedrooms have a TV.

Wifi is available throughout the house and there is an additional WC, as well as a handy washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. Outside the house, there is a lawned garden, outdoor table and chairs on the patio and car parking for 4 vehicles.
